Bala Town's recent form has seen them lose their last two matches, including a 1-2 defeat to Briton Ferry on April 18, 2026. The team's recent record stands at 2 wins, 0 draws, and 3 losses in their last 5 matches (LLWWL, most recent first).
Former Bala Town striker Cameron Ferguson has secured a move to National League North side Southport. The 25-year-old forward has joined the English non-league club.
Why it matters for Bala Town
Ferguson's departure from Bala Town is a significant loss for the club, especially considering his experience and goal-scoring record. The team will need to regroup and find a suitable replacement to fill the void left by Ferguson's departure.
As Bala Town looks to strengthen their squad ahead of the new season, they will need to focus on recruiting a new striker who can replicate Ferguson's goal-scoring prowess. The team's management will need to work closely with the coaching staff to identify potential targets and secure a deal that benefits the club.
